The thing that I would accomplish first is getting to know the ins and outs of the system and how it functions. I would then use that knowledge to formulate a strategy for how I can best carry out the mission of the Ultrasound school to provide quality education to our students through active engagement and academic excellence. I will use my experience as a skilled sonographer and educator as well as my ability to empathetically assess the needs of students and team members to make a positive impact on students to make their learning experience here an excellent one.
