Honestly, I have been a loyal customer of Geico for over ten years, and in all of my experiences, no other insurance company has been able to convince me to switch over. Not only does the company have the highest integrity and the best policies, but it feels like a great fit as a potential employer, and Geico is at the top of my list. However, for every company I've submitted my resume to and interviewed with, I've taken careful consideration in choosing. I am very selective and wouldn't have applied if I didn't feel like it was a good fit. I suppose it depends on how that company would compare in every other regard in this hypothetical scenario. Salary is important, but it isn't everything."
