"Being young in my career as a Dialysis Technician, I do have goals to work towards a Bachelor's degree in nursing down the road. I love working with renal failure patients and truly feel that I have a significant impact on prolonging their lives and helping them feel fulfilled. My goal in becoming an RN would be to continue working in the nephrology specialty with patients with kidney issues."

My goal down the road would be to prove my value to the organization as a clinical education manager and eventually earn a promotion to a supervisory or management position within the division. I would like to be in charge of program development as a future director. I hope that there is a career track program available for me within your organization.
