My goal down the road would be to prove my value to the organization as a clinical education manager and eventually earn a promotion to a supervisory or management position within the division. I would like to be in charge of program development as a future director. I hope that there is a career track program available for me within your organization.

Pretty good response! I have tweaked it a bit for clarity. I recommend you check for any career development programs on the FMC website so that you can make the last comment more of an affirmative statement.
