For this question, be sure to do your research on the corporate responsibility of Fresenius Medical Care and learn about their public awareness programs, their emergency aid efforts and their network for social commitment in the field of kidney health. Then, speak about your thoughts on why these efforts are important and talk about any areas that you may be interested in helping out. If you have any personal touch you can put on your own story, that could go a long way with your interviewer in showing your belief in the corporate responsibility of the organization.

"A few years ago, my brother-in-law returned from four years of active duty in a heavy combat zone and he returned a very different person than from when he left. He was diagnosed with PTSD upon his return and our whole family struggled with how we could help him transition back to normal family and work life. A few of our family attended a public seminar put on by Operation We Are Here and it focused on how we could best help our loved one transition back to life and how we could better understand what he was going through and experiencing in coming home. Seeing how impactful and successful this was for us, I'd love to be a part of similar education for kidney disease and other related issues with my experience as a Registered Nurse."

Knowing the importance of dialysis in helping keep patients alive and well, I can't imagine the number of lives that these efforts save. I would love to be part of public outreach programs which are charitable weekend programs to educate people about our products and services and how it's important to take care of loved ones in our communities.
