Talk about a significant team effort that you were a part of and describe why the full team was necessary to pull off what you did. Be sure to talk about important aspects of teamwork that were vital to the groups success versus if one individual were to try and accomplish it alone. As well, be sure to let your interviewer know that you are a team player and most comfortable working in a collaborative team based environment.

"While times working in corporate finance can get a little lonely working on my solo duties, I love team collaboration and projects and bring a great deal of financial expertise to those teams. Last year, I was asked to be on a project team that was looking at expansion of a few new production lines. With the team, I took the necessary time to learn and understand things from the engineering and production side of things and I did this through conversations with members of the team. With learning that side of the project, I was able to speak on the financial impact for start up of the project and future growth down the road based on projections. My role was really to ensure that the venture would be profitable in a short period of time. In the end, the success of the expansion was really owed to the team involved in the planning and implementation project and I was very happy to be a part of it."
