Question 1 of 35

Tell me about the last time you received and responded to critical feedback.

"In my last role, we gave and received feedback to colleagues once annually. My manager offered me feedback last year and she encouraged me to focus on how much time and energy I spend on tasks that are fairly insignificant. I tend to put all of my focus into whatever assignment I am given, even if it is something fairly small. I need to be more careful about prioritizing and saving time and energy for more important things. In order to improve, I've begun asking my manager about how long certain tasks should take and planning accountability meetings to ensure I'm making appropriate progress on various tasks. This has really helped me develop in this area."
