I have been successful in establishing new procedures in almost every work environment that I worked in to better our bottom line or find a safer way to deliver our services. For example, when I worked at a hospital in Atlanta, they were throwing away somewhere between 5 to 10 thousand dollars worth of medicine a day. I created a procedure where I hired two technicians to follow simple steps that I put together to avoid mistakes on returning the medication returned to stock medication in our robot fillers and saving the hospital and taxpayers millions of dollars a year.
