I love what I do and I am positive if I had to choose another profession, it would be a pilot for Angel flights where I fly patients to their appointments and procedures and I have done this by volunteering my time and services in the past.

Neat! The interviewer will appreciate that even though you can envision yourself going down another career path it is one that is still related to healthcare and helping others. This shows that helping others is your passion and what you're meant to do. Just make sure to reiterate that even though you can see yourself being a pilot, what you really want to do is work for their company in this particular role.
