"Yes, I think it is possible! What makes a great team member is not that they agree with everything but the level of respect and positive thought that goes into the person's communication style. It's okay to disagree you have to communicate your thoughts professionally."

Differences of opinion create a chance of coming up with ideas and solutions that are not so obvious; however, as a team player, this difference of opinion should not interfere with our ability to further our common goals and respect ideas and goals set by our supervisors.

Your answer is logical and makes sense, but just make sure to directly answer the question. Can someone be a good team member but still disagree with the team leader? It sounds like you recognize that differences of opinion can be a good thing (as this can spur new ideas) but that you don't think someone should disrupt the team flow with their opposing opinion. Can you talk more about how someone can disagree in a respectful and non-disruptive way?
Prepare for behavioral and clinical scenarios that rehabilitation interviewers prioritize.
