Think of those who inspired you. Inspirational people motivate us. They're passionate and driven, accomplishing goals that seem impossible and starting new ventures with ideas that change the way we view the world. Talk about a mentor or someone who has inspired you in your career. Don't always expect them to ask you to clarify, nor expect them to understand how they inspired you. Elaborate on what qualities they possess that you admire and how those qualities relate to your work style and profession.

He taught me my work ethic early on and that your work means nothing if not performed with integrity."
