When you suffer a setback, how does that emotionally affect you and your work?
It is important to the interviewer that when you encounter a setback, they understand how you handle it. It is always a good idea to approach this type of question positively. Eliminating emotions from your role at work is normally a safe and effective strategy for overcoming setbacks.
