"In my current role, there has been a lot of turnover in the finance department and a lot of the work has been reshuffled onto our plates in addition to the work we were already completing. I have learned to time-manage a lot of these additional tasks and really roll with the situation so that the work can get done. I think this would be a helpful skill to have at Colgate-Palmolive, as I am willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done."

"In my previous role with my last company, we had some company downsizing take place. This resulted in multiple roles being eliminated and more work was given to the existing employees that did not leave the company. I had to adapt to this change very quickly and restructure my days to accommodate the incoming workload. I handled it really well and was able to shift priorities and recognize what needed to be done and when. This is a strong skill I think would be beneficial in this role as a Finance Associate at Colgate-Palmolive."
