What You Need to Know
This question often serves as the introductory question in the set. It is an initial personality assessment to see whether your personality, values, and motivators align with the teams they are building in their culture. You should not answer any question in this set without performing adequate research on the company and the position. You need to understand your audience to frame your answers accordingly. Keep your answers relevant to the role you are competing for. Stick to those moments that inspired you to pursue your career path. Volunteer anything that helped define your work ethic, approach, and professionalism. That can include your education, family life, volunteer work, mentors, or personal experiences that inspired you on a professional level. Bring up anything that highlights your ability to be a responsible and reliable individual.
