This is an interpretive question in its nature. The interviewer wants to reveal your emotional intelligence and how honest you are with yourself. How you answer will help your interviewer evaluate your self-perception and your integrity. The semantics of your answer may also reveal hidden intentions, so choose your words carefully. Attest to your integrity. Describe your approach to emotionally confusing situations, defining how your integrity guides your responses. Offer the value you place on transparency in the workplace while honoring the chain of command. You may also tell the interviewer if you feel you have room for growth, but be filtered and do not overshare. Self-awareness goes a long way in advertising your emotional intelligence.
