I do not have any regrets, I have lessons that I have learned. In my professional work the greatest lesson that I have learned is communicating. I was very shy when I first started in admitting at Cartersville Medial Center. When I did not communicate with my coworkers about the order or rooms I had admitted the patients to prior to them entering the room, It made things very hard. The rooms needed to be checked and the nurses need to prepare for them so that things could room smoothly. I learned to communicate better and it made my job as well as my coworkers jobs a lot easier.
