"I honestly can't say I chose this. In fact, if I look at my career, there are certain roles I would never have expected. However, I applied because I care about the students here in this community, and I believe that we have the potential to be a top district in the state. I am a strong leader and follow a plan of action, so I know that my skillset makes me a perfect fit for this district."
