Building relationships that are positive invovle me getting to know my students. It is amazing how well people start ot interact when you show that you care about them.

Moving forward, you will always be able to refer back to what you learned about that student. For example, if they like cars, then you can ask them what they have learned recently about their favoirte vehicle.
