Finally, close by mentioning that the positives always outweigh the negatives, and you really enjoy your job! You might say something like this, "Overall, I love my job as a library assistant. If I had to pick one thing that occasionally frustrates me, it's probably that people are occasionally disrespectful and just shove books on the shelves wherever they want instead of putting them where they belong. Mostly, I just want people to be able to find things easily. I have hung up clever signs throughout the library encouraging people to respectfully put things back where they belong, and the signs really seem to be helping! Being a library assistant is a great job! There really aren't many frustrating aspects to the job."
