I had to go above and beyond the call of duty to get a job done in a school survey project when the gps rovers werent operating correctly. After going through the procedure of connecting the data collector to the base and rover, with the same result of the base and rover not connecting to the data collector, me and my partner called a teacher over and he fittled around with it for half and hour with no luck then we all were trouble shooting by using the products online manuel. Found that the units were faluty and needed maintainene so they had to be sent out. We waited about a week to get new units and got the job done. However, this took increased patience because we were trying to sign units out for some time and couldnt cause there were classes and once we did they didnt work.
