Avoid giving a generic answer such as, 'I know your organization values diversity and inclusion and treats its employees well.' Recruiters and hiring managers often receive hundreds of applications per job. If you are lucky enough to land an interview, you must put in the effort to research the opportunity and go to your interview well-prepared with a highly-specific response. If you can apply your answer to any company, it's too generic.

Start by searching the company website and take particular note of any recent news articles, events, or contributions they have made to the community. Kristine's Feedback
Good start. The interviewer will see you can appreciate the hard work of USPS to deliver packages on time during the holidays. The phrase "out producing itself" may be a bit confusing for the interviewer, so I assisted with rewording. Before the interview, do some additional research about the company so you can speak about more aspects of the organization, such as their commitment to sustainability, social responsibility initiatives, business services, and government services.
While researching the USPS, I learned it has a long history of being agile and being able to respond quickly to an increase in demand for its services. For example, during the Christmas season, many letters, parcels, and packages need to be delivered on time. Most people do not know that USPS workers put in more overtime during this period than at any other time of the year. They have just come to know and expect that their letters, parcels, and packages will arrive at their homes on time, no matter the day of the year. While researching the company, I also learned about...
