There is not much room for growth for my company. With Coca Cola, there are much more opportunities, and hopefully, I can transfer my skills to your company.

Rachelle's Feedback
Opportunity for growth is important; unfortunately, it's a touch vague. Let's ensure that you deliver a memorable and unique response by including specific detail around how you have grown in your current company and what you would like to see in the future. As a side note, I recommend that you practice positive phrasing whenever possible.

I already decided to look for another job during my apprenticeship, as this line of work could not completely fulfill me. I like working with numbers and would like to have more responsibility. I am always looking to develop myself and learn a lot. Through my work in the hospital, I have been able to acquire many social skills and have learned to deal with a wide variety of people, but I felt that my personal growth had stagnated. Together with Coca-Cola, I want to grow personally and take advantage of potential career opportunities within the company.
