"I was the top sales leader when at my most recent company. I think the reason I did so well was my consistency in following up with customers. I checked in with them daily, also checking to make sure I was meeting my own personal sales goals on a weekly basis. My contribution helped them increase sales that year by 25%!"

I would say one of the biggest successes for me personally was that I was able to prove my own ambition, motivation, and stamina. In my training as a pediatric nurse, I realized after about 1.5 years that this career path is not what I want to do in the long term in the future. However, I still completed the training with the best performance. When I started to study, I was able to give tutorials in different subjects and help other students with their exam preparation. I often stayed late at the university. In addition, I was often the contact person for my fellow students and could often mediate well between lecturer and student. I also helped organize events at the university on a voluntary basis. At the same time, I was still working in the hospital. These achievements showed me that I was able to achieve the goals I set for myself.
