"In my current position, I handle (discuss your workload and provide a measurable benchmark for the interviewer). To meet these demands, I prioritize my work and focus on the most important task, then I move on to the next one. I keep going until I feel my work is finished."

I would say that I can handle stress very well. Especially in my professional career, dealing with stress and resilience was almost indispensable. In extremely stressful situations, when human life is at risk and also an emergency situation arises, I try to keep a cool head and focus on the situation and not get distracted. When necessary, I delegate tasks to relieve stress. I set priorities and work through them until everything is done. To create a balance, I do a lot of sports in my free time and allow myself breaks.

Amanda's Feedback
Fantastic! Your response does a great job of showing how you use stress or pressure as a motivator for taking the right action at the right time. I also appreciate how you share that you balance work stress with breaks, free time, and activities that bring you joy. This shows the interviewer that you can handle stress productively while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
