When I start my shift, the first thing I usually do is sift through all products and remove anything rotten. This is called culling. I then position all merchandise so it appears presentable for our customers. Then I fill all the gaps on the displays, so they always appear full because anything almost or completely empty is unattractive, and we are committed to selling the highest quality products.
