"Since customers are so much more concerned about their long-term health, I helped my current company come up with a marketing campaign for ABC product to appeal to the health concerns of the public. I conducted market research, using surveys to identify the specific health concerns of individuals who buy our products. By promoting our new health-conscious recipe, we were able to increase sales by 15% that year!"

Every now and then I have ideas that can contribute to the sustainability of a company or to efficiency, but it is not easy to change standards. With regard to the hospital, I had the idea of recycling pulse oximeter cables, as these simply end up in the residual waste here. Or sterile dispensing devices, so that each material does not have to be unpacked individually, thus saving an enormous amount of waste. The hospital has an anonymous platform for this. In my spare time, I made steel Christmas trees with two metalworkers who are self-employed and sold them online. We donated most of the profit we made to nursing homes. This way we wanted to create a positive reputation and generate future orders.

Both of these examples showcase your ability to think outside the box and come up with ideas that make a positive impact on organizations or people. If the hospital implemented your idea or is actively considering it, make sure to say so because that example shows the interviewer that your workplace ideas have made an impact.
