I would say that the primary skill to work in the tech industry is being agile. I honestly believe that I am can adapt to changes very well. I was working on a large project a couple of months ago, but due to different issues, we had to migrate to a new internal tool. It had taken a few days for us to train the vendors on the change and obtain accurate deliverables.
