I am a very compassionate person. I aim for kindness and understanding whenever I am doing my patient care. In my days out of work-life, I aim to try to understand where others are coming from, so I am not allowing my unconscious biases to affect my ability to be compassionate.

Stephanie's Feedback
Compassion is such a critical (yet often undervalued) skill set in the workplace, regardless of industry. The fact that you embody this quality will take you far. While this response definitely captures your compassionate spirit, it would be more impactful and memorable if you provided a specific example. What does compassion look like for you? Can you think of an example of a time when you showed compassion within a workplace setting? What was that situation?
