If hired today, I would immediately set my sights on any and all resources provided which would give me the ability to learn what needs to be known in regard to my role in patient care. I would immerse myself in all training opportunities available which would help speed up the learning process of a new hire in an entry-level position. I plan to be self-sufficient within 30 days from hire.
