While I do not retain healthcare-related experience with maintaining inventory, I have acquired inventory skills from a previous role. Inventory must be checked and documented every day before opening and closing times. Stock running low must be ordered, quantities documented, and stocked appropriately. I believe with previous inventory skills, I will have no problem learning how to order and maintain medical supplies.

It's great that you have experience in this area. Can you give more details about what this previous role was so your answer is more specific and personal? Explain exactly what you did when it came to managing inventory. And make sure to start your answer on a positive note (like: "I have experience in managing inventory from a previous role when I..." instead of "While I do not retain healthcare-related experience..."). Good job!
