Kia dealerships live in the now. They prefer to hire individuals with immediate availability. The interviewer knows that the longer it might take to get you on board, the greater the chance they will lose out on the hire. This is the time to indicate if you need to provide your current employer with notice. Be positive and flexible about your desire to start quickly.

"I would like to give a notice to my current employer if that would be possible. I would be available to start on the 5th of August if that is acceptable to you. I do want you to know how excited I am to work for Kia, and I cannot wait to get started!"
