He eventually perfected his interaction with the module, and he's now teaching others."

In my previous job, I was the assistant manager, so I trained new staff, as well as the staff who were not sure about a specific product. For example, when a new product came in, I showed the staff the ingredients, how to make them, and how to serve them until everyone got it perfectly. If someone still had difficulty, I would spend my lunch break with the person until they mastered it.
