If you take the time to familiarize yourself with Heathrow Airport's values before your interview, you'll see that keeping everyone safe, doing the right thing, and improving every day mean a lot to the success of their operations. Every team member there is encouraged to bring new ideas and speak up when they see something that can improve operations or ensure the safety of passengers and staff. As you answer a question like this, you want to show that you are willing to give your input by talking about a time you did this. In your example, make sure to discuss the situation, why you decided to act, and the end result that came from your actions.
"Yes, I've been fortunate enough to work in an environment over the last nine years where input from all was encouraged and respected and it's awesome to hear that Heathrow Airport also welcomes input from all staff. A few years ago, there was a trend of a major safety issue happening in one of my company's warehouses due to old and outdated equipment. At the time, cost savings were certainly at the top of mind throughout the entire company but I knew that safety was a top priority. I approached that warehouse manager with specific information on time lost due to injuries and the costs of updating the ladders and lifts in the warehouse. After it was brought to upper management, new equipment was purchased over the next year."
