"I think it's very refreshing that Heathrow Airport publicly releases reports on pay gaps in both gender and ethnicity because I firmly believe that equal pay for all is the right way to do business. This is something I'd be proud to be a part of. Over the last four years, I've worked for a company that embraces the hiring of a diverse workforce and it is such a dynamic atmosphere.
