"I don't need to look any further than the team that I am a part of right now and a huge project we undertook last year to revamp our approach to metrics dashboards we were in charge of for the company. As one of three people who spearheaded this project, the initial stages involved level setting and planning for what could be done. I took the lead in looking into potential new systems vendors and communication was essential through this part of the process. Once a new and dynamic vendor was selected, we teamed back up to go into the implementation and training phases. During the entire process, I worked extra hours as needed to keep up with my day-to-day duties and ensure we hit all of our milestones in the project. Looking back now that we have a new dashboard up and running, production numbers are up and frontline leaders are much more prepared to pull information they need in real time."
