During your interview with Heathrow Airport, you'll notice that they pay a lot of attention to a candidate's ability to handle and manage a variety of tasks and goals. With a facility that spans over 12 million square meters and hundreds of thousands of passengers passing through the terminals daily, the work you will be performing will be varying and intense. In looking to gain insight on how you prioritize your work, they pose this question to you. There is no right or wrong answer to a question like this, but it is imperative that you explain which duty you would leave for last and why due to its low prioritization.
"The tasks I leave for last are ones that are not customer-focused, like preparing items for my next shift and cleaning up my work area at the end of the day. No matter what, I always ensure to prepare ahead like this and clean up because it makes starting the next day all that much better. I hope I have conveyed to you that every task for me here as part of the Heathrow Airport team would be important and I would never let things go undone at the end of the day."
