Honestly, I have heard it is a great company to work for and I believe in their facilitating practices. As a teacher and a principal, I have always told parents their children will learn academics, but it is most important that they leave us being responsible, kind human beings able to monitor or guide their own future. I have heard from several colleagues who have seen the results, Leader in Me, and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: how it has created positive transformational change that has changed people's lives not only at work, but at home.
