Question 1 of 30

How would you rate your problem-solving abilities?

"I enjoy solving problems, so I'd give myself a 9/10. At my last job where I was a social media manager, I had to use critical thinking skills every day to solve unexpected problems, and I really thrived in that environment. For example, a person on my team accidentally posted inaccurate data across 5 different social media platforms. Once a follower pointed it out, things spread like wildfire, and it just didn't make sense to remove the posts. Instead, I came up with a strategy to address the mistake with humor, developing a meme that apologized for the mistake and conveyed the correct data. Once I shared that across all the different platforms, it got more engagement than the original post."
