Why do you want this job with EF Education First?
If you are lucky enough to land an interview, make some effort and research the opportunity. Think about how this job will help you in your career. You need to know what you have to offer them and what they can do for you.
While your passion and excitement about the job are important, it's always good to have some hard facts to back it up. For instance, saying, 'I have heard great things about your institution, and I know I would be a great fit for this job,' is not very specific.
"I am excited about this opportunity because your values are very much in line with mine. I deeply care about giving back to the community through educating our at-risk youth."
"I have had my eye on new openings in your school for some time now. I admire your reputation for employee development and community involvement. I see a long-term fit here."

Two things cemented my choice to teach with EF. Firstly, moving to China is a very important decision, so finding a credible and reliable company was number one on my checklist. EF is the leading company when it comes to international education, with over 52 000 employees. You don't get more credible than that. Secondly, your dedication to your teachers is amazing. All your teachers highlight how thoroughly prepared EF ensured they were. Even after the onboarding training, there was continuous training that made them comfortable and confident, which is key because if the teacher is confident, so will the student. One of the teachers used to describe the EF training experience as "premium', which stood out to me.
