Meet the Author

I am a trainer, leader of people and enjoy coaching and communicating with a passion about transformation.

My career path began in the Marine Corps as an administrative clerk, earning each rank and performing at high levels of trust and integrity, I received the Navy Achievement Medal for supporting headquarters squadron operations during the transition to EPR (electronic personnel records) and the CAC (common access card) with over 14,000 flawless transactions.

My transition to civilian life has brought me opportunities like participating in advocacy for farmworker rights, adult education facilitation and career orientation, health careers outreach and coordination of small to large scale events. I have a passion for the communities that are underserved, low income and minorities to include veterans, youth, native Americans, women and unemployed individuals.

I always engage myself to be productive; I strive to help the organization I am with to be recognized and successful. By successfully maintaining superior customer relationships and providing outstanding service and support to meet, and surpass expectations and requirements.

I have enjoyed working as a Brand Ambassador/Program Coordinator/Administrator with Community Legal Services, RCBH, Goodwill, State of Arizona, City of Avondale and most recently Matlocc HR Consulting. The most exciting thing about me is that along with my wife we planted a church in West Phoenix area and are blessed with helping kids, youth and families draw near God.
