"The best piece of advice that I can give is to create unique, secure passwords which contain no personal information such as your dog's first name or the city where you live. Password aggregate apps are a great resource, where they generate a random password for you and then store them securely. If you want to create your own password, I suggest making up fake names or using a number, letter, and symbol sequence that have no attachment to you, personally."
