How do you handle difficult situations or challenging clients?

"I always stay calm and level-headed when handling difficult situations and challenging clients. Taking a step back and objectively assessing the situation can often help diffuse tense situations and prevent things from escalating further. Additionally, I try to be empathetic and understanding towards the other person's perspective, even if I don't necessarily agree with their point of view. By remaining open-minded and willing to listen, I've found that I can build better relationships with my clients and colleagues, even in the most challenging circumstances. Overall, I believe that staying patient, communicative, and solution-focused is the best way to handle difficult situations in the workplace."
