What You Need to Know
Employers want to know that you have a methodical approach to problem-solving, how resourceful you are, whether you exhibit 'outside-of-the-box thinking, and whether your preferred working style meets their required criteria. Share your strengths as a problem solver and your ability to come up with innovative solutions. Frame yourself as resourceful, with a propensity to think fast on your feet. Consider the skills and qualities that help you successfully overcome obstacles. Demonstrate that you aren't easily discouraged.
