      What You Need to Know

      When answering this question, it's best to stick to your generalized transferable skills. Even after performing the necessary research to learn everything you can about a company, there is no way you can effectively comprehend why they do things the way that they do, nor the reasons for the systems and processes they've implemented. Unless you are interviewing for the position of company CEO, don't offer suggestions on how to reinvent the company or how they do things.

      Instead, project how you intend to succeed in your career goals within their organization and how they'll benefit from your drive and ambition. Explain how the success you deliver to the team as a whole defines your success as a professional.
