This question asks about your philosophy or approach to customer service. Rather than describing your relationship with the customers or clients you encounter on the job, describe the relationship with the brand you're a representative of with the customers who are loyal to that brand. Explore the value you place on your client's brand loyalty. Explain how you nurture them to ensure they are happy and continue to come back. Talk to the interviewer about your approach to serving as a representative of a brand.
