Although it does not happen all the time, unfortunately, Cartier does experience loss from employee theft at times. Cartier trains all employees on what to look for when assessing if an employee is stealing from the organization. By asking this question, the interviewer needs to make sure that they are hiring someone who is honest and trustworthy.
