"In my last position I studied the process that customers take when submitting online order. I spoke with some of our most valued customers and found that they struggled with adding certain products to our cart on the sales website. After studying the process, I realized there were steps in the process that did not add business value and were confusing for our customers. I designed a new process and presented it to my bosses. I also presented the changes to some of our customers to receive their feedback. Once all the stakeholders were on board with the changes the company implanted the new process. As a result, we saw a 3% increase in sales. I believe at Capita plc, I would be successful at helping clients through innovation because I know the company values a partnership approach with the clients."
