"I have a current colleague who lacks keeping up with the rest of the team, mainly due to the fact that they are often handling personal phone calls and other things on the job. When I see this happening, I don't hesitate to talk to her to let her know that we are all relying on her. By talking directly to her, she ends her call and joins the rest of us quickly. I am a very direct person who can influence my team in a very positive manner and would love to bring this attitude to the British Airways team."

"Almost everything I do in my current flight attendant position is done in a team setting. It is critical that everyone pull their own weight. We're pushing and pulling heavy food and beverage carts, so this is quite literal at times.
Everyone has a bad day every now and again, so my go-to approach is to ask my coworker if there's anything I can do to help if I notice them struggling. Offering a kind ear and stepping in to help usually turns things around quickly, and it also fosters an environment where we all lean on each other as needed."

While I working. I came across a colleague who was really slow and not picking up the pace at their job. This made my job harder because I would have to wait a while until they were finished packing the order which affected my timing score. So I approached him while he was on break and explained that he needs to pick up the pace and know that it’s not just him working. There are others.

It can certainly be frustrating when a team member's pace impacts your work. Your approach was direct, and while that can be the best approach at times, interviewers will favor responses where you demonstrate empathy, compassion, teamwork, collaboration, and communication. Perhaps you asked the coworkers where they were having struggles and coached them on a better way to perform a task. This would be a good example of demonstrating your genuine concern and desire to help a team member improve and showing you can actively listen to problem-solve.
