How would you handle a passenger who complains about their seating assignment?

"My first step is to listen and show empathy for their concern. Handling the situation properly requires knowledge of why they feel they need to change their seat. Sometimes the issue can be resolved by speaking to a nearby disruptive passenger, or something similar.

If there are other seats available and the swap can happen safely, I will facilitate the request. If there are not seats available, I would politely let them know the flight is full and ask them if there's anything else I can do to help make them more comfortable."
