Having motion sickness while in flight certainly wouldn't be good when flying is the daily life of the cabin crew at British Airways. Prior to even applying for this position, hopefully you considered your experiences flying and can handle the physical aspects of the job. With this question, your interviewer is simply looking to hear that you have experience flying, and that you aren't prone to motion sickness some people get when flying.
