      2nd Answer Example

"Last year, I worked with a client who was extremely difficult to please. She was worried about her company's marketing efforts, and previous colleagues on my team were unsuccessful in satisfying her. I set up a few one-on-one meetings with her, where I learned that she did not feel like she was being heard in project meetings. Thus, I made it my primary goal to engage in active listening and carefully address her concerns. Ultimately, we developed a great working relationship, and her satisfaction increased drastically over a few weeks."

"I once was a supply chain manager for a payment terminal company and had a customer not happy about the quality of the product, which was a payment terminal. It was an issue with the HW-related aspect of the product and I organized face to face meeting with a customer, with all stakeholders involved. I quickly identified where and at which points the customer wasn't happy about the products, and spoke to each internal stakeholder for how we can improve the product quality. And we came up with a solution during that meeting and managed to deliver the product which meets the customer's expectations."
